Last year the Children’s fair played host to over 12,000 people of all ages who enjoyed nifty games, live entertainment, youth activities and low cost food.
According to Children’s Fair coordinator James Hall, the purpose of the fair is, “to provide an opportunity for families to spend a pleasant day together that will hopefully reduce tobacco, substance, and child abuse within Lassen County.”
The Children’s Fair is intended to be a benefit to the community and not a profit-making opportunity.
Along with fun and games there will also be static vehicle displays, walk around characters and live entertainment.
Admission is free and the Children’s Fair is open from 10:00a.m. until 4:00p.m. at the Lassen County Fairgrounds, 195 Russell Ave in Susanville.
