The Susanville City Council will begin 2025 by developing the city of Susanville’s Economic Development Strategic Plan and the Citywide Strategic Plan.
Strategic planning includes establishing goals, strategies, and a clear vision for the city of Susanville. It affirms the mission of the city of Susanville and states the organization’s values.
Strategic plans are valuable as they are tied to other key projects and serve as an action plan for many city documents.
The public will be asked to be involved by attending workshops and our regular meetings.
The workshops are not scheduled to date; however, you can attend our meetings or watch them live by going to city of Susanville’s website at www.cityofsusanville.org, on the home page you will see a link for “Click Here for the following Current Agendas” and follow the link, the video live stream will be active during the meeting and the video recording will be available within a day or two of the meeting.
We meet on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 5:00p.m. in city hall at 66 North Lassen Street.
