Rocket is a joy! He’s been at the shelter since June and quickly became a staff favorite. He’s happy, affectionate, and playful. Rocket gets along with other dogs, hasn’t bothered resident shelter cats, and visits with older children have gone well. He should be able to blend into a variety of households just fine.
If you’re looking for a new addition to the family, come meet Rocket. He’d love to spend time with new friends.
Rocket is about 6 months old, neutered, heartworm tested negative, and UTD on his vaccinations. Please contact the Lassen County Animal Shelter with questions/inquiries at (530) 257-9200.
Additional: If there are dogs already in the home, it is suggested that potential adopters bring them to the shelter to do a meet and greet with the new dog.
In observance of the Labor Day holiday, the Lassen County Animal Shelter will be closed Monday, September 2nd. We apologize for any inconvenience his may cause
