I’m a confident, outgoing guy with that classic bully strength, so I’m looking for someone who knows and loves bully breeds as much as I do. I’m playful, energetic, and toys are definitely my thing—you’ll never catch me turning down a good play session. Because of my strength and enthusiasm, I’d do best in a home with older children who can keep up with me. Introducing Nutmeg. She is one of the longest residents at the Lassen Animal Shelter. When she first arrived at the shelter she was terrified and wouldn’t interact with people. It has taken some time but she is coming out of her shell.
She needs someone who is patient and will help her feel safe. She’s a strong dog and can pull on the leash, but she does respond when corrected. She loves being pet, having her ears scratched and gets along well with other dogs.
She’s a great dog that deserves a chance in a loving home.
Featured animals at the Lassen County Animal Shelter are available for adoption on a first-come-first-serve basis. According to California law, all adoptable dogs and cats must be spayed and neutered before leaving our facility. If interested in adopting an animal, please contact the shelter directly.
