UPDATE: Lucy has been transferred to Pups on Parole

Lassen County Animal Shelter – Lucy

Lovely Lucy was surrendered to the shelter because her previous owner is in bad health and unable to care for her. This sweet boxer loves people, belly rubs, and nice walks outside. She does wonderfully on a lead and responds well to corrections while out on walks. She truly aims to please and has the most contagious smile.

Lucy would do best in a home without cats and other dogs; according to her previous family she can be very picky about doggy friends. An experienced dog/boxer owner would be a good match for this gorgeous girl and if there are children in the house, they should be older and respectful.

Lucy is 5 years old, spayed, and current on her 5-way and kennel cough vaccinations.

Please call Lassen County Animal Shelter with questions and inquiries regarding Lucy or other adoptable animals at (530) 257- 9200. More pictures can also be viewed of Lucy on her profile located on Petfinder.com.
