Adopt A Pet Today from the Lassen County Animal Shelter – Ozzy

Ozzy. Sweet, spunky, and affectionate.

This gorgeous girl came to the shelter as a stray and has since warmed right up to shelter staff. She knows some basic commands, such as ‘sit’ and ‘shake’, and she is always SO excited to go out in the play yard to spend time in the fresh air. Shelter staff still needs to evaluate Ozzy with other dogs and with cats, but so far she has been wonderful. She doesn’t mind the resident shelter cats and always wants to play with other dogs through the fences.

She has the best smile and the most stunning golden eyes and she’s ready to show them both off to potential adopters. Ozzy is about 5 years old, spayed, and microchipped. If interested in meeting Ozzy, please contact Lassen County Animal Shelter staff at (530) 257-9200. More photos and videos of Ozzy and other adoptable animals at the shelter are viewable on petfinder.com.

Shelter will be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day

Featured animals at the Lassen County Animal Shelter are available for adoption on a first-come-first-serve basis.
