Adopt A Pet Today from the Lassen County Animal Shelter – Zeus

UPDATE: Zeus has been transferred to the Pups on Parole program

Lassen County Animal Shelter – Zeus

Zeus is a handsome German Shepherd looking for his forever home. He’s just over a year old, neutered, microchipped, and UTD on his vaccinations.

This boy is looking for an active household that can help him work off all his energy and expose him to what the world has to offer. Zeus is buzzing and ready to go first thing in the morning, which would make him a fabulous running partner. He’s all smiles, eager to play, and enjoys plenty of time outside. Zeus is athletic and will need a secure yard. He’d do best as the only pet in the home. Children should be older because it would be easy for Zeus to knock over little ones. He can be rambunctious and excitable.

For more information regarding Zeus or other adoptable animals at the Lassen County Animal Shelter please call (530) 257-9200. More photos of Zeus can be seen on Petfinder.com.

Featured animals at the Lassen County Animal Shelter are available for adoption on a first-come-first-serve basis. According to California law, all adoptable dogs and cats must be spayed and neutered before leaving our facility. If interested in adopting an animal, please contact the shelter directly.

Current shelter hours during the COVID-19 pandemic are Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday. You can contact the shelter at 257-9200.
