American Legion Post 204 Announces Times for Monday’s Memorial Day Services

Thomas Tucker American Legion Post 204 invites the community to join them on Monday, May 25th, as they participate in three distinct Memorial Day services to honor fallen comrades and their families.

The public is welcome and encouraged to attend the services or volunteer to assist with the Avenue of Flags.

Schedule of Events
6:00 a.m. – Avenue of Flags Placement
The public is invited to help Post members place flags at Diamond Crest Cemetery.

8:00 a.m. – Susanville Cemetery Service
A service to honor Thomas Tucker and other veterans buried at the cemetery.

9:00 a.m. – Lassen County Cemetery Service
Post 204 will join VFW Post 2381 to honor William Davidson and other local veterans.

11:00 a.m. – Diamond Crest Cemetery Service
The final Memorial Day service of the day.

3:00 p.m. – Avenue of Flags Take-Down
The public is invited to return to Diamond Crest Cemetery to assist in taking down the flags.

Everyone is welcome to come out and help honor our fallen heroes on this solemn day.
