The latest quake in a series that has been rumbling north of Susanville for the last two days shook up the Honey Lake Valley again at about 9:49 this evening.
The USGS is reporting that this evening’s earthquake struck in the same area as Sunday’s earthquakes, just northwest of Round Valley Reservoir, about 8 miles north of Susanville.
It was felt here in Susanville, the Honey Lake Valley, Eagle Lake and the Willow Creek Valley.
No damage has been reported.
