Lassen Community College is reminding prospective students that the application deadline for its two-year Associate Degree Registered Nursing Program is fast approaching. All applications must be submitted by Monday, September 1st at 11:59p.m. to be considered for the upcoming cohort.
The program is a four-semester curriculum scheduled to begin in Spring 2026. This application period, which opened on August 1st, is for generic RN students only. The application period for the LVN to RN “step-up” program will open at a later date, on February 1st.
To be considered for the program, applicants must complete the online form in its entirety, upload all required documentation, and submit the application before the deadline.
Admission to the program is based on a merit-based admission point system. The college advises all applicants to review the full program requirements on its website and complete the self-assessment before applying.
