Arts Council Holding Special Valentines Cork and Canvas for Couples

The Lassen County Arts Council will be hosting another in their series of popular Cork and Canvas events at their gallery on Cottage Street Friday evening, February 12th, between 6:00 and 8:30. This is a special Valentine’s Day edition of the popular art get-togethers, where couples will paint on two separate canvases which are meant to be hung together on the wall.

Local artist Bryan Haynes will lead a group through creation of the twin paintings.

Snacks and two drinks will be provided, as well as your 16×20 canvases, easels, aprons, brushes and paints.

No art experience is necessary and you must be 21 to attend.

The cost is $60 per couple, seats are limited to 10 couples and paid reservations are required so please call 257-5222 to secure your spot.
