The Lassen County Arts Council has announced that Summer Art program classes have been cancelled for today, June 18th.
Last week’s wind storm did damage at the Council’s gallery on Cottage Street.
The staff hopes to have everything back up and running by this Wednesday, June 20th.
There is still time to sign up for the Summer Art Program which was scheduled to begin today. The program is made up of two-hour classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00a.m., until 12:15p.m., for young kids and 1:00 to 3:15p.m., for older kids.
You can sign up for single classes or all of them at a discount.
Topics Include: Graphic novel drawing, Tye-dye, acting, rock salt watercolor, wood cut out painting and more.
