Four talented young musicians competed February 27th, in Susanville Sunrise Rotary Club’s Annual Youth Music Contest for solo instrumentalists at United Methodist Church in uptown Susanville.
Autumn Robbins, a student at Mt. Lassen Charter School, took first place and will now have a chance to attend the District Final Contest in May, where the first-place winner will take home $1,000.
Second place went to Crandall Singleton and third place went to Juliette Singleton.
Each young performer played a piece on the piano, and each of them were fantastically talented.
The final competition will be held at 1:00p.m., May 3rd, at the Oats Park Art Center in Fallon, Nevada.
