Banner Lassen Medical Center is inviting local residents to a community-centered Focus Group discussion on June 16th, to help the medical facility understand our community’s health needs – identifying and understanding key priorities to improve access, services and wellness. Your feedback will contribute to Banner Health’s 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment.

The Focus Group will be held at Banner Lassen, 1800 Spring Ridge Drive, in the Pioneer Room.
There are two sessions available on June 16th, one from 10:00 to 11:30a.m. and another from 6:00 to 7:00p.m. Please arrive ten minutes early.
