The staff of Banner Lassen Medical Center didn’t have to wait long on New Year’s Day to meet the hospital’s first baby of 2014. Proud mother Alexandra Spencer welcomed her 7-pound, 11-ounce boy into the world at 3:46 a.m. January 1st.
Alexandra, who was undecided on a name for her the new bundle of joy, received a gift basket made up of items donated by employees from Banner Lassen Medical Center.
In 2013, Banner Lassen Medical Center delivered 258 babies compared to 270 in 2012.
