The Lassen College men’s basketball team beat Siskiyous 80-58 on January 22nd here at the college’s sports complex. The women fell to Siskiyous 41-80.
During halftime of the women’s game and men’s game 3 student from Johnstonville school got to participate in a half court shoot for $100.00. Participants get a chance to make a half court shot to win $100.00. If they don’t make it, they get a LCC Baseball player, to spin around 5 times on a baseball bat then try and make a 3 point shot for $20.00. Then with the remaining time left they get to try and make layups for $1.00 each.
The 3 girls were, Hannah Langenhorst, Lexie Robinson and Fawn Robinson. None of the students made the half court shot.
The 3 boys were, Brock Wolf, Zayne Slater and Jeremiah Chaffee. None of the students made the half court shot.
