Well, you thought you had heard the last from the Richmond Rebel girls….. Think again! The 8th grade Richmond girls were invited to the 30th anniversary of the Loyalton Classic tournament over the weekend in Loyalton Ca., and guess what happened?… Chelsea Williams, Hailey Mena, Megan Gower, Caitlyn Crosby, Jewel Kerby, Grace Gatie, Gracie Heimbigner, and Autry Satica swept the tournament extending their wining streak over the last 2 years to 40 games. THAT’S RIGHT!!! 40-0 in their Richmond careers! This is a very special group of girls! Congratulations on all of your hard work and determination. Thank you to Sheri Roen from Loyalton for running such a great tournament, and a HUGE thank you to all of the coaches, parents and Richmond school staff for supporting Richmond basketball! Cant wait to see these girls play in years to come.
