Susanville’s two Rotary Clubs have a friendly bell-ringing competition going on today, December 8th!
Members of the Sunrise Rotary Club will be ringing the bell in front of Safeway and the Noon Rotary Club will be at taking contributions at Susanville Supermarket IGA.
