The 6th annual Chamber of Commerce Magical Country Christmas Celebration is fast approaching. The event is planned for Saturday, December 3rd, 5:00 to 7:00p.m., in historic uptown Susanville.
The celebration will feature dance and musical performances, food, a lighted Christmas parade, fireworks and a tree lighting to mark Santa’s grand entrance.
The Lassen County Arts Council will hold their annual Chocolate Festival at 5:00.
The annual holiday party is a fun filled event for the whole family. Main Street will be closed to through traffic and uptown merchants will be open late to offer special sales and promotions.
The Elks Lodge will be open for one of their famous taco feeds and the Lassen County Toys for Tots program will be accepting new and unwrapped gifts for local children in need.
