There will be a fundraising benefit dinner this evening, August 11th, for Tyler Sykes. Tyler is a graduate of Lassen High School, employed at High Desert State Prison and, in his free time, enjoys racing at Diamond Mountain Speedway.
In 2009 Tyler was diagnosed with colon cancer and since then has undergone multiple surgeries and months of chemotherapy.
For further treatment Tyler has be transferred to a cancer center in Texas and needs our help to get there. Any support the community can offer will be very much appreciated.
The fundraiser will be held at the Diamond Mountain Casino tonight from 5:00 to 8:00.
