This exciting event is scheduled for July 31st at 6:00p.m. and will be held inside Side Iron BBQ at 724 Main Street.

Absolutely no experience is necessary, as everything you need to create your masterpiece will be provided.

Each participant will receive a 16 x 16 wood canvas, along with delicious appetizers and beverages to fuel your creativity. The cost is $100 per canvas, with a maximum of two people per canvas, making it an ideal activity to share with a friend or loved one.

Lassen Ale Works Boardroom this Evening

Get ready to cut a rug! Another exciting Swing Dance Night is happening this evening, July 24th, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at The Boardroom. And if you’ve never swung before, this is the perfect opportunity to jump in!

Tonight’s event promises something special: a brand-new step to add to your repertoire. But don’t worry about needing any prior dance experience. The beauty of swing is its accessibility and the focus on simply having a great time. Just grab your crew and head on over to The Boardroom on Johnstonville Road.

You’ll learn the fundamental basic step and a handful of easy variations. By the time the class wraps up, you’ll be confident enough to dance an entire song. Swing dance is not only enjoyable and straightforward to pick up, but it’s also set to the infectious energy of rock & roll music. That means once you learn the basics, you’ll be ready to hit the dance floor anytime you hear those classic tunes!

Remember, no dance experience is needed – it’s all about letting loose and enjoying the rhythm.

Quick Tip: While smooth-soled shoes work best for gliding across the floor, any non-sticky sole will do the trick.

Anytime Fitness Family Fun Day

Get ready for a fantastic day of community and fun for the whole family! Anytime Fitness Susanville is hosting a Family Fun Day this Saturday, July 26th, from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. at Memorial Park.

This free community event promises something for everyone! You can enjoy food, games, crafts, raffles, and much more.

Anytime Fitness will also be teaming up with the Lassen County Animal Shelter for an Adopt-A-Pet Day! If you’ve been thinking about adding a furry friend to your family, this is the perfect opportunity.

Even better, all proceeds from the event will benefit Warriors Hope Ranch, a wonderful local nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans through horsemanship and equine therapy.

Come on down for a day of good times, community spirit, and support for great causes! We can’t wait to see you there!
