Every Bloomin Thing
Every Bloomin Thing is celebrating their 30th Anniversary! Come out and join the festivities on Saturday, April 13th, from 1:00 to 6:00p.m. Enjoy champagne, cupcakes, live music and lots of special offers.
“For three decades, we’ve been sowing seeds in this community, teaching and learning, and cultivating friendships,” explains owner Melissa McCoy.
“As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, we reflect on the years of growth, gratitude, and gardening that have blossomed here. A big thank you to everyone who has supported us through the years and allowed us to truly dig what we do. Here’s to many more seasons of cultivating both beauty and community together!”
The Bensons Humble Homestead
Benson’s annual Breakfast on the Farm event brings artisans and vendors together on the farm for an affordable day out in the county. Breakfast built your way, waffles, bacon, eggs and all the toppings you can think of along with orane juice and coffee.
Livestock this year includes Isla the Dzomo, or yaklander if you’d rather, and Floyd the waterbuffalo. You can feed and pet them. Baby goats (kids) and baby sheep (lambs) will be out and available to pet and purchase.
“This year we are honoring national pajama day. Come have breakfast in pjs!” says owner Rachel Benson. “There will be prizes for best pjs in several age groups. Greenhouses will be open to tour, kids can play soccer with Remington the soccer dog and the bounce house will be there.”
“It’s a great way to bring in Spring! Join us on our itty bitty homestead for a fun-filled day relaxing and exploring agriculture up close.”

The team from Banner Health Clinic participated in the 2024 Sierra Cascade Family Opportunities Connection event held last weekend.
