The Lassen County Farm Bureau is sponsoring a dinner in honor of the many years of distinguished service that Ceci Dale-Cesmat has provided to the Lassen County farming and ranching community. The dinner will be at the Elk’s Lodge in Susanville, CA on Saturday November 10, 2012. The agenda is as follows:
6:00 pm – Social Hour
7:00 pm – Dinner
7:30 pm – Distinguished Service Award for Ceci Dale-Cesmat & Announcing New Officers
8:30 pm – Speaker: Susan Abel U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (Conservation Partnerships)
8:45 pm – Comedian: Mark Yaffee from Reno
Dinner is $23.00 or $22.00 if you bring 5 cans of non-perishable food to be donated to the local Food for Families program. Dinner is open to all members of the community.
As many of you are aware, Ceci worked for the NRCS locally for many years and recently left her post as the NRCS District Conservationist in Lassen County to become the State Rangeland Management Specialist for NRCS in Davis, CA. Among her many other accomplishments, Ceci was instrumental in establishing the Susan River Watershed Group so please attend the dinner on Saturday and show your appreciation for her many years of distinguished service.
