Melissa Brown has an extensive background working with the Juvenile System and will be discussing AB12, the Extended Foster Care Program for juvenile foster youth. Melissa will be discussing Eligibility/Benefits, Juvenile Court Expectations, Dependency and Delinquency cases and opting to be in or out of the Program.
