Techniques in Changing Behavior Part 2: Presented by Colleen BakerÂ
Colleen Baker brings 15 years in the field of teaching and is a dynamic instructor at Lassen Community College. In the first workshop, we learned about personality theory and the Cycle of Change. In this workshop we will explore the “waiting room” and discuss reasons why behavior modification is so difficult. Topics that will be covered include:
- Carl Roger’s Congruency Theory
- Mental Defense Mechanisms
*All participants are welcome. You are not required to have taken the first workshop.
