Behavior Interventions

All children can exhibit behaviors that are difficult to handle at times; and children in foster care may have even more difficult challenges. This workshop will introduce participants to basic principles of what motivates behavior, what sustains behaviors, and what changes behavior. Common disciplinary techniques and their likely effectiveness will be covered.
