Lassen Youth Soccer Fall Sign Ups will be held at the following dates, times and locations.
Sunday April 29th from 2:00-5:00p.m. at Susanville Pizza Factory
Saturday May 5th from 10:00a.m.-4:00p.m. at the Children’s Fair
Tuesday May 15th from 5:00-8:00p.m. at Susanville Pizza Factory
Final Sign up will be Saturday May 19th from 12:00-5:00p.m. at Susanville Pizza Factory
There is a discount on the first two sign ups only. Child must be at least 4 years of age by July 31, 2012. You must have a live birth copy on file with the league. Kids over 10 years old need to have a current facial photo. For more information please call 252-4818.
