The Lassen Association of Realtors named Jean Loosemore, Senior Loan Consultant at Summit Funding, their 2013 Affiliate of the Year.
This annual award is voted on by Lassen County realtors for affiliates such as lenders, insurance companies and appraisers who are members of the association.
Loosemore tells us the criteria used for nomination was prompt and effective communication to the realtors, training provided to the realtors, community involvement and overall willingness in helping the organization.
