Northern California Cancer Advocates, a non-profit organization serving Lassen and Plumas counties, whose mission is to provide financial assistance to individuals in our community that are battling cancer, will be holding their annual “Swing for Cancer” golf tournament at the Diamond Mountain Golf Course on Saturday, September 5th.
The NCCA was established in March of 2013 and since that time has held a continuous string of successful fundraisers to directly benefit Lassen and Plumas County cancer fighters.
The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 9:00. Foursomes will play a scramble format with awards for team score and individuals.
Tournament entry is $100 per person or $400 per team, which includes greens fees, cart, lunch and an official tournament polo. Chorizo sandwiches will be served.
Click here to register for the tournament online. You can pay as an individual or as a team. Team members can pay separately too, just let the NCCA know which team you’re on. Or contact Phil Bertanzoni at (530) 260-2575. The deadline to register is August 20th.
