Northern California Cancer Advocates, a non-profit organization serving Lassen and Plumas counties, whose mission is to provide financial assistance to individuals in our community that are battling cancer, will be holding their 7th annual fundraising golf tournament at the Diamond Mountain Golf Course on Saturday, August 31st.
The NCCA was established in March of 2013 and since that time has held a continuous string of successful fundraisers to directly benefit Lassen and Plumas County cancer fighters.
According to the group, NCCA has been able to provide support to 173 community members totaling over $127,000.
The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 9:00. Foursomes will play a scramble format with awards for team score and individuals.
Tournament entry is $100 per person which includes greens fees, cart, lunch and tee prize. Chorizo sandwiches will be served at the turn.
