Carriann (“Carri”) Henriques, 67, died on September 27, 2018 in Reno, Nevada after a brief illness.
She was born to Charles C. Henriques, M.D. and Thelma Henriques in Portland, Oregon. Survived by brother Allan Henriques (Jan), sister Lorisu Andosca, 1 niece, 1 nephew, and 5 great-nieces and great-nephews.
