Board Vacancy Announced
The Chamber board of directors is accepting applications to fill a board vacancy. Chamber members interested in representing the business community and sharing their time and talents by serving on the board are encouraged to apply. The Board is seeking candidates who have business experience, community involvement, and the desire to represent the interests of the local business community. Stop by the Chamber office or call 257-4323 to receive an application to apply for the vacancy. Deadline to return an application is Tuesday, April 9, 2013.
The 7th Annual Spring Home, Garden, and Outdoor Recreation Show is being planned for Saturday, April 27, 2013, at the Lassen County Fairgrounds. Booth spaces are still available; a 10’x10’ booth space is $40 per booth for chamber members or $60 per booth for non-members. If your business fits into the home, garden, or outdoor recreation theme of the show we hope you will plan to participate. The Business and Career Network has customized business assistance available to assist Lassen County small businesses. One-on-one counseling, financial & legal counsel, business planning, marketing and loan preparation are some of the many services that are available to assist businesses. This program will offer services to eligible businesses at all stages of business development and operation.
