Chamber of Commerce Update for March 13th, 2012

Northeastern Rural Health Clinic will be hosting the March Chamber Mixer this Thursday, March 15, 2012, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. They are located at 1850 Spring Ridge Drive, Susanville, next to Banner Hospital.

Food and no-host bar will be available. Northeastern Rural Health and Owens Pharmacy have teamed up to provide a flat screen TV for the raffle item. Stop by to see what’s new at the clinic as well as to get a chance to win the flat screen TV.

You do not need to be a Chamber member to attend; everyone is welcomed to stop by to mingle with friends and business associates and we encourage you to bring a friend.

Sacred Heart Catholic Church will present their annual “Saint Patrick’s Day Dinner” on Saturday, March 17, 2012, from 4pm to 7pm.

The dinner will be held at Monsignor Moran Hall and will feature the always fun “cake wheel”. For more information contact Dena Eastwood at 257-3368.

The Business and Career Network will be hosting the 2012 Lassen Job Fair on Saturday, March 31, 2012, from 9am to 12pm, in Jensen Hall. Market your business to hundreds of job seekers in just one day. Meet and immediately interview job ready applicants as well as create an applicant pool for future hiring needs.

The 2012 Spring Home, Garden, and Outdoor Recreation Show is planned for Saturday, April 28th at the Lassen County Fairgrounds. If you would like to participate at this year’s event log on the Chamber website to download a registration form at lassencountychamber.org.

This is a great way to promote your business to a large audience with little expense and great exposure. 10’x10’booth spaces are available at $40/chamber member rate or $55/ non-Chamber member rate. Spaces do fill up quickly and are assigned on a first-come-first served basis.
