Lassen County Chamber of Commerce Weekly Update

Make plans to attend the next Chamber Mixer that will be hosted by Tum-A-Lum Lumber Company on Thursday, May 23. They are located at 702-000 Johnstonville Rd., Susanville. Food and no-host bar will be available. You do not need to be a Chamber member to attend; everyone is welcomed to stop by to mingle with friends and business associates and we encourage you to bring a friend. We hope to see you there.
The Chamber is gearing up for the annual “Main Street Cruise Classic Car and Motorcycle Show” that will be held Saturday, June 29, from 2 to 6pm, and will take place on Main Street in Historic Uptown Susanville. A “Poker Run” with prizes valued at over $800 will be held in conjunction with the event. Awards will be given for best and worst poker hands and special drawings will be held at each poker run location. Everyone is welcomed to enter the Poker Run; cost is $10 for Main Street Cruise participants, or $15 for the general public. Registration for the Poker Run will be held from 10 to 11am at Diamond Mountain Casino during the “Main Street Cruise Kick-off Breakfast”.
Chamber members should be sure that the Chamber’s information center has an adequate supply of your business cards and brochures on hand to promote your business throughout the year. This is a free marketing service that is available to all Chamber members.
