The Susanville City Council will be meeting in special session Tuesday night to discuss with the public concerns about changes that Caltrans is making on Main Street.
Both the alternative pavement striping of uptown and the new bulb-outs are on the agenda.
The Council will also be considering a resolution to approve amended HOME and CDBB program guidelines.
The meeting will begin at 5:00p.m. in Council chambers at 66 North Lassen Street.
