The Lassen County Arts Council will be hosting another in their series of popular Cork and Canvas events at their gallery on Cottage Street Friday evening, October 9th, between 6:00 and 8:30.
Local Artist Bryan Haynes will lead a group through the replication of artwork from Edvard Munch’s ‘Der Schrei der Naturseries’ series, more commonly known as ‘The Scream.’
Haynes will guide you step-by-step as you create your own unique masterpiece.
Snacks and two drinks will be provided, as well as your 16×20 canvas, easel, apron, brushes and paints.
No art experience necessary and you must be 21 to attend.
The cost is $30 for members and $35 for non-members. Seats are limited to 20 participants and reservations are recommended so please call 257-5222 to secure your spot.
