It only took two hours for generous folks in Susanville to fill two City of Susanville police cars and a truck with items for Lassen Family Services’ food shelf Tuesday afternoon. Police officers collected donations during their ‘Cram the Cruiser’ event in the Susanville Supermarket IGA parking lot.
It was fast and furious at the event as soon as police arrived and generous shoppers quickly filled the vehicles with food.
