Do you have a great photo of Eagle Lake? The Eagle Lake Art Center is inviting the community to join in the fun by submitting their best photography for the upcoming Eagle Lake Calendar Photo Contest.
The Art Center is looking for stunning images of Eagle Lake, or the surrounding area, to be featured in a special wall calendar. This calendar will serve as a fundraiser to help support the multi-faceted Art Center.
How to Enter
Participation is easy! Simply email one photo to [email protected].
Here are the rules:
- Format: Photos must be in landscape format.
- Authorship: The photo must be taken by you.
- Limit: One photo per participant.
- Deadline: Please submit your photo by February 28th, 2026.
How to Win
Once submitted, photo entries will be posted to the Eagle Lake Art Center Facebook Page. This is a community event, so the photos with the most “likes” will earn bragging rights and be featured in the printed fundraising calendar.
Important Technical Requirements
To ensure the calendar looks professional, winning photos must meet specific quality standards. The image must have a resolution of 300 dpi (3300×2475 pixels) or better and be in good focus.
According to the Art Center, winning photos that do not meet these technical qualifications will still retain their bragging rights but, unfortunately, will not be eligible to be printed in the calendar.
By submitting your photo, you authorize the Eagle Lake Art Center to post your photo to their Group Page and use your photo for the Eagle Lake Calendar.
