Lassen County residents should keep an eye on their mailboxes this week, as ballots for the upcoming June election have officially been sent out. As the election season kicks into high gear, the Lassen County Elections office has announced that official ballot drop boxes are now open and available for voters throughout the region.
The drop boxes provide a convenient and secure way for residents to return their ballots without requiring a postage stamp. According to election officials, these boxes are now open and will remain accessible until 8:00p.m. on Election Day, June 2nd.
Security remains a top priority for the Lassen County Elections team. All ballot drop boxes are under continuous surveillance, locked and securely anchored to protect the integrity of every vote cast. To ensure prompt processing, the boxes are checked frequently by election staff throughout each business week.

Westwood Community Center: Third & Birch Streets (On the street next to Paul Bunyan)
Bieber Veteran’s Memorial Building: Parking Lot on Bridge St., Bieber
Janesville Fire Hall: 463-390 Main St. (Parking Lot), Janesville
Doyle Senior Center: 434-685 Doyle Loop (Parking Lot), Doyle
Lassen County Historic Courthouse: Mill St. Parking Lot Entrance, 220 S. Lassen St., Susanville
