Saturday September 28th the Susanville Soroptimists, a group that dedicates itself to bettering the lives of women and children in our community and around the world, is inviting local ladies to a red-carpet affair and a night out on the town full of pampering, eating, shopping, drinking, mingling and laughing.
This night has something for everyone! You can sit back and relax with a glass of wine, or hand-crafted beer from Lassen Ale Works, mini-massages, a wine boutique, drawings, door prizes and a raffle.
Beginning at 5:30 you can learn Lotus Path Yoga, at 6:15 there will be a presentation by Room by Room Interiors and CR Gardens will do a demonstration at 7:00.
All that and a fashion show!
The Soroptimist event will also feature live jazz by Dutch Treat.
Expect a wonderful night of browsing and buying with more than 20 stores at the event!
Participants must be 21 years or older. Admission is $20 and includes spa water, hors d’oeuvres and a complementary glass of wine.
The event will be held in the Veteran’s Memorial Building on Main Street from 5:00 to 8:00p.m. Tickets are limited and may be purchased at The UPS Store and Leslie’s Jewelry.
