Fairgrounds Light Festival Underway with a Cacophony of Holiday Displays

0

Twinkling lights, chaotic holiday displays, even a massive light show carefully synchronized to music – it’s all part of one of Susanville’s favorite holiday traditions, the Lassen County Fairgrounds’ annual Festival of Lights.

For fifteen years now the brilliant display of lights at the fairgrounds has been created by some dedicated individuals, local groups and organizations for people to drive through and enjoy. The amazing wonderland magically appears at the fairgrounds each year just in time for the holidays, with displays are expected to be bigger, brighter and more awe-inspiring than ever before.

Vehicles enter the Jensen Hall entrance, driving through a variety of outdoor displays as they pass through the fairgrounds.

On Saturday, December 14th, the Lassen College Baseball team will be handing out cocoa and goodies to visitors as they look at the lights.
