The Lassen County Fire Safe Council, Inc. is working to have the community of Milford become recognized as Lassen County’s newest member of the ‘Firewise Communities USA’ program.
Milford will be joining the ranks of other Firewise communities in Lassen County such as Janesville, Stones-Bengard, Clear Creek, Day-Lassen, Susanville, and Lake Forest.
On Thursday, June 26th beginning at 7:00p.m. in the Milford Community Center on Milford Grade Road, next to the Milford Fire Department the Fire Safe Council will be providing an overview of what this nationwide program is all about and what the benefits are to Milford residents and the community.
In addition there will be an opportunity to ask questions regarding the Milford Community Fuel Treatment project currently in process.
