Report from the fire puts the size at 1.5 acres, still burning on the mill side of the river.

3:14p.m. Firefighters are on-scene at a vegetation fire which is burning in the old SPI mill site just south of Susanville.
Several dozers are working the fire, which is burning towards the river.
