Former Lassen Standout Richard Murphy Receives Top Offensive Player Award

Former Lassen High Grizzly standout now Butte Roadrunner Richard Murphy, received the Top Offensive Player of the Game award on Saturday. The Butte Roadrunners took on Fullerton in the CCCAA State Title Game and won 28-13. With Murphy hauling 5 passes for 143 yards including a 70 yard touchdown. Murphy converted from playing quarterback at Lassen to playing tight end at Butte. Congrats Richard on all your hard work.
