Through a partnership with the Lassen County Office of Education, the library is currently offering free Adult Literacy Programs designed to help adults build confidence and learn at their own pace.
The program offers a variety of flexible learning options to suit different needs, including one-on-one tutoring, small classes, and the choice between online learning via computer or phone and traditional paper workbooks.
