The Lassen Farm Bureau’s annual Blues and Brews Festival was the place to be Saturday night for a taste of microbrews, the sweet sounds of blues and a yummy tri-tip barbecue. Proceeds from the Blues and Brews event support local youths who are pursuing careers in agriculture. Additionally some of the proceeds help fund agricultural education.
The fundraiser was sponsored by the nice folks at Every Bloomin’ Thing Nursery, Susan River Brewing, Great Basin Brewing Company, Superior Products, Grocery Outlet, Sierra Nevada Brewery, Susan River Brewery, D and L Distributing, Lassen Ale Works and Fall River Brewing Company.
