The Lassen County Arts Council will be holding their annual Chocolate Festival at the gallery at 807 Cottage street today, Saturday, December 6 from 10:00 – 3:00 pm. The fundraiser benefits the Arts Council’s year-round programs including workshops, artist receptions and special events.
