Local artist Therese Fowler-Bailey and her watercolors from Italy, Hawaii and the Central Coast will be featured in an opening reception this Friday evening.
The event, at Artisan Coffee in Janesville, begins at 5:30. Artisan Coffee is located at Highway 395 and Church Street.
