The Lassen County Arts Council is inviting everybody to a gallery reception for local artists Julie Besancon and Randy Panfilio next Wednesday, February 12th, beginning at 6:00p.m. at the Cottage Street gallery.
Artwork by Besancon and Panfilio is being displayed all during the month of February.
Refreshments will be served.
