It’s a softball battle for a good cause this Sunday as the Police and Sheriff’s Office take on the Susanville Fire Department at Memorial Park at 1:00p.m. The Guns and Hoses event is a fundraiser for the Northern California Cancer Advocates group.
Admission to the park is free and all proceeds donated will benefit the NCCA, a local group supporting Lassen and Plumas County residents battling cancer.
The winning team will get bragging rights until next year’s Guns and Hoses event.
